Hi, my name is Sydney and I am the owner of Chayah Fitness! I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. My Passion is not only to help people reach their fitness goals, but also learn how to live and sustain a healthy lifestyle! Come train with me and become the best version of yourself!

What is Personal Training?

Personal training is a customized fitness program tailored to your specific goals, needs, and physical condition. It involves one-on-one sessions with me, designed and guided workouts, motivation, and expert advice on exercise techniques and lifestyle changes.
